Q: How long will my order take to reach me?

A: Once the order Is paid, it is sent to the relevant warehouse for processing. Once the warehouse releases the invoice, we can then send the couriers notification to collect the order. The warehouse can take up to a day to process. Once the couriers have collected, we use an overnight service to most areas. Deliveries usually occur within 3 business days, however sometimes sooner and sometimes up to 5 days depending on time of order and location.

Q: How does the warranty work?

A: Warranty covers product failure and manufacture defaults. It does not cover appearance, wear and tear and abuse.

Q: Can I track my delivery?

A: As soon as the couriers have collected the parcel from the relevant warehouse, a waybill is listed which will be visible on your order details. You can then track this via the courier website. We make use of The Courier Guy and Ram Couriers.

Q: Is my item shipped immediately?

A: We will ship the order as soon as payment has reflected, and the order is ready at the warehouse.

Q: Do you trade on week-ends?

A: The warehouses are closed on week-ends. Orders confirmed on a week-end are processed by the relevant warehouses on the following Monday. Our couriers only delver Monday to Friday.

Q: How can I make a payment?

A: We are able to accept credits cards via our secure payment portal facilitated by Payfast (www.payfast.co.za) as well as EFT direct to our account.

Q: Do you sell Imported Grey products?

A: We only sell products that are distributed by the authorised distributors. We do not purchase internationally. All stock is readily available in South Africa. For parts not available on our site, we can enquire about availability in future.

Q: Can I contact you?

A: We are an online store however do understand the need to call. We can be reached on 066 264 0806. We do follow traditional working hours Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00. This excludes public holidays and week-ends.

Q: Do you provide gift certificates?

A: Please send a request for a gift certificate if required to info@watchmall.co.za

Q: Do you provide straps, spares and repairs?

A: watchmall.co.za does not offer product spares such as straps, batteries or adapters on our online store.
