Warranty | Spares

WatchMall is an authorised online retailer for our brands. We adhere to the warranty and guarantee process for each brand as per the brand guidelines. We are not an authorised repair centre and cannot assist with set up and repair/warranty issues.

WatchMall does not offer product spares such as straps, batteries or adapters on our online store.

All Casio products are serviced either by the Casio South Africa distributors or authorised service centres appointed by the distributors. If you do require a product manual, spare/strap or a product to be serviced, then please find the relevant details below.

  • Casio – 1-year warranty from purchase date

No appearance parts or accessories (chargers) are covered (Glass, crown, case, strap, clasp). The mechanism is covered (damage by negligence is not covered). Each watch repair is assessed when it comes into the workshop and the workshop will communicate with you.

Please note that the workshop will not accept any repair as “In-guarantee” without the valid guarantee. If a watch is returned for repair without the correct documentation the workshop with proceed with one of the following:

  • Quote to repair the watch (a quote fee may be incurred).
  • Charge for the repair.
  • Return the watch without it being repaired.

Please ensure once you have received your watch, that all the validation has been stamped.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover the appearance parts of the watch with accidents, misuse, wear and tear and abuse of the watch. Each watch will be assessed on return and a decision will then be made, for example if it is a factory fault, negligence etc.
