Shipping Policy
We can ship products anywhere in South Africa only. Delivery within South Africa is FREE.
We make use of a variety of carriers to ensure our Gorgeous watches are delivered with care.
Watchmall will deliver all orders to all major regions via couriers. Once you have placed your order online with us, and payment confirmation is received, the orders are sent to the relevant brand warehouses.
As soon as the invoice is available from collections (1 – 2 days), we send our own couriers to collect the order and then deliver straight to you, our customers, via overnight service to major centres and economy service to outlying areas. We aim to have all orders delivered within 3 – 5 days to major centres.
In the unfortunate event that the recipient is not home, the couriers will call the recipients number to say that there was a delivery, and to arrange for an alternative delivery date.
Please note that should an incorrect address be sent on the order, and the order cannot be delivered, upon rectifying the address, an R 75 delivery fee may be charged dependent on the carrier.
Leading up to special days, like the festive period, the warehouse and couriers are exceptionally busy, so delays may occur.
Our delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on location, however we always try and get it there sooner. Our trading history is 3 days average.
REFUNDS
If we are unable to fulfil your order, due to stock supplies, you will be contacted by phone and email. Unless you are not satisfied with an alternatively supplied option, and wish to cancel your order, you may do so. We will ensure a refund is done within 24 – 48 hours. We rely on our suppliers for stock, so this is sometimes out of our control and leads to Watchmall not being able to supply on time.
CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipping: If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change the order, (if not shipped) you can order the new product with a coupon that will be supplied for the original purchase amount. Should you want a refund, and paid via online payment portal, the charges via Payfast will be for the customer account and deducted off the refund. If you have paid via EFT, the full amount will be refunded.
After shipping: If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, or you are not happy, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund (within 7 days of order). We can collect the order however the courier charge will be for the customer account and be deducted off the credit amount. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is securely packaged for transport back to Watchmall. Refunds will be done with 24 – 48 hours after the matter has been closed. The refund will only be done once the product has been received, inspected, and ensure all items and packaging still in new condition – the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged – packaging must include all original items. Any signs of wear will cancel the exchange.
If you paid via online payment portal, the charges via Payfast will be for the customer account and deducted off the refund. If you have paid via EFT, the full amount will be refunded.
EXCHANGE
Should you wish to exchange a watch you have received, the product will need to be sent back to ourselves. We can collect the order however the courier charge will be for the customer account and be deducted off the credit amount. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is securely packaged for transport back to Watchmall.
The exchange process will be completed once the product has been received, inspected, and ensure all items and packaging still in new condition – the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged – packaging must include all original items. A coupon will then be given to order the new watch online. Any signs of wear will cancel the exchange.
Any damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
In the event any of the above conditions are not met, with returns and exchanges, we have the right to charge a 15% handing fee. If the watch has signs of wear, no refund or exchange.
COLLECTIONS
Strictly delivery only; no pick-ups allowed as we have a variety of suppliers and depots countrywide
